Lobster Lollipop 3 Pack

Adorable Lobster 3-pack farm-to-table sugar-free lollipops.
Lobsters are Blueberry and Raspberry with a strawberry inside.  This set also includes either a lemon or green apple flavour music note with a flower inside.
Lollipops are individually wrapped and come in a clear gift box, with the lollipops resting in a custom wood base.

Inside each lollipop is either a dehydrated strawberry or a dried flower grown on my farm, located in Glenville, Cape Breton, Nova Scotia. The Flowers are bright violas, edible flowers that we grow on our farm.

Each lollipop is hand-made. I make them in small batches, placing each strawberry and flower in the hot candy before finishing the lollipop. Each lollipop is unique, so every gift box will be different.

Ingredients: Isomalt, distilled water, dried viola, or strawberry, natural flavourings and colour, monk fruit.

*Isomalt is a sugar alcohol derived from beet sugar that is at most two calories per gram.
**Monk fruit, or lo han guo, is a small green melon native to southern China named after the monks who first cultivated it. Monk fruit sweetener is made from the extract derived from dried fruit. The extract is 150-250 times sweeter than table sugar and has zero calories and carbs.
