Our Hot Pepper Candy is always a huge seller, so get them while you can. They sell out for the season fast.

The syrup is lovely, and the peppers are spicy. When making it, we try to keep most of the seeds, which packs quite the punch! I love it with a nice salty cheese and think it is perfect on a charcuterie board or with nachos.

The syrup is sweetened using allulose*, so there is no aftertaste or artificial sweeteners; it is low-carb and 100% guilt-free! Hooray!

Made in small batches, hand-labelled, and topped with fabric over the cap, our jars are finished with a fabric cover and ribbon. However, as we use fabric scraps, the exact fabric and ribbon may change based on supply.

Ingredients: Jalapeno peppers, allulose, vinegar, apple cider vinegar, serrano peppers, garlic cloves, turmeric, mustard seeds, salt, celery seeds, potassium sorbate, and cayenne pepper.

*Allulose is a rare sugar in nature in small quantities, such as figs and raisins. It is a monosaccharide or simple sugar, that is absorbed by the body but excreted through the kidneys and not metabolized, so it is nearly calorie-free.
