Blueberry Pepper Jam

Our Blueberry Pepper Jam is a fantastic charcuterie jam with the sweetness and fullness of blueberries and the bite of hot peppers. This farm-to-table and sugar-free jam isn't overpoweringly spicy but has an excellent spicy finish. I love this jam with sharp cheese, crackers, or crusty bread!
Located in Glenville, Cape Breton, Nova Scotia, we source all our principal ingredients from what we grow here on our farm.
The jam is sweetened using allulose*, so there is no aftertaste or artificial sweeteners; it is low-carb and 100% guilt-free! Hooray!
Made in small batches, hand labelled, and topped with fabric over the cap. We finish every jar with a fabric cover and ribbon, but the exact fabric and ribbon may change based on supply as we use fabric scraps
*Allulose is a rare sugar in nature in small quantities, such as figs and raisins. It is a monosaccharide or simple sugar, that is absorbed by the body but excreted through the kidneys and not metabolized, so it is nearly calorie-free.
