Blueberry Lemon Jam
All the goodness of blueberries and the sweet zing of lemons bring out the blueberry with a lemony finish, making this farm-to-table sugar-free jam a delight.
Located in Glenville, Cape Breton, Nova Scotia, we source all our principal ingredients from what we grow on our farm. However, blueberry bushes take time to produce. Lucky for us, a breathtaking blueberry farm is five minutes from us in Strathlorne. So, as we increase our harvest capacity, we source additional blueberries from our neighbour and support our local economy.
The jam is sweetened using allulose*, so there is no aftertaste or artificial sweeteners; it is low-carb and 100% guilt-free! Hooray!
Made in small batches, hand-labelled, and topped with fabric over the cap, our jars are finished with a fabric cover and ribbon. However, as we use fabric scraps, the exact fabric and ribbon may change based on supply.
Ingredients: Blueberries, allulose, lemon juice, low-methoxyl citrus pectin, monocalcium phosphate.
